The Boogie piano left to the percussion as the second instrument the freedom which does not have it, otherwise, as a rhythm pillar, and which Torsten Zwingenberger used thoroughly: He kept up with the sometimes hair-raising tempo laxly. With several Soli he demonstrated his technical skill for which he was recompensed with a lot of applause (about the concert with Axel Zwingenberger on the 21.2.09 in Elmshorn).

Again and again (pianist) Gazarov and (drummer) Zwingenberger inspired each other to top performances and exchanged (musical) ideas. The briefest eye contact was enough for them to return from the most complex solos back to perfect harmony. And that at a breakneck tempo.
Playing sometimes conventionally, sometimes with three drumsticks, using a bar stool as a drum, or even a hand drum and truncheon at the same time, Zwingenberger effortlessly created the craziest of rhythms. He almost seemed to have four arms and four legs. Gazarov, too, must have been using at least 20 fingers at times…
